Cancellation Policy
At Luxroo, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. As we operate on a direct supplier-to-customer model, orders are processed immediately after confirmation to ensure fast delivery and efficient service.
However, if you have placed an order by mistake, you may request cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Replacement Policy

Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.

Refund Policy
Luxroo generally follows a No Refund Policy.
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.

A replacement product for an approved damaged or defective item is unavailable.

The order cannot be fulfilled by Luxroo for operational reasons.
