Order Cancellation Policy
Due to our fast order processing and shipping system, orders cannot generally be canceled once placed.

If you placed an order by mistake, you may request cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests submitted after 3 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Replacement Policy
Luxroo does not accept product returns.
However, we provide replacements only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete 360° unboxing video without cuts, pauses, or edits is mandatory.

Clear photos of the damaged product must be provided.
If the required evidence is not provided, the replacement request may be rejected.
Conditions for Replacement
To process a replacement request:

Record a complete 360° unboxing video before opening the package.

Ensure the video clearly shows:

The sealed package

The opening process

The damaged item (if any)

Without a valid unedited unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be approved.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable, an advance confirmation amount may be collected before shipment.
Any such advance payment collected for order confirmation or courier processing is non-refundable.
No Return Policy
Luxroo operates on a direct supplier-to-customer model. Therefore:
